Quality Home Plans, Inc., owned and operated by Raymond Owens, has been designing custom single family residential homes since 1975. Formerly, the parent company, Quality Built Homes, Inc., worked along side Quality Home Plans, Inc. in constructing these designs. However, the building firm was closed in 1997 to allow 100% dedication to designing quality home plans for primary and secondary fellow residents. Our experience in the building industry has enabled us to be extremely knowledgeable in the framework of a solid home design from foundation to roof, and it has also allowed us to work alongside many well-known local contractors of the area.

Although we specialize in various different styles of home design, our focus is on beach, lowcountry and traditional homes. You will find these homes located anywhere from John's Island to Litchfield Beach, SC. Designing homes along the coast requires us to be current with certain county and city codes. Our services not only include specific framework for these codes but also mechanical details from ground up. We are a drafting firm able to deliver a full set of home plans ready to be permitted.
